Tiffanie Araya brings over 22 years of experience in the tax and accounting profession. She services individual and business clients in all aspects of tax, accounting, advisory, startup and bookkeeping, and works extensively with trust and estate tax. Her personalized service and commitment to excellence is evident in her quality of work.
Having already worked in Sussex County, Delaware for over 19 years in public accounting and 3 years in private corporate accounting, Tiffanie is excited to bring her extensive knowledge and high standard of service to Araya Tax and Accounting Services, P.A.
Born and raised on the eastern shore of Maryland, Tiffanie moved to Lewes in 2002 and began her college career at Del Tech and Wilmington University, while simultaneously starting her professional career at a local CPA firm in Sussex County. Throughout her years in public accounting, Tiffanie has exhibited outstanding performance and has continued to expand her skills and expertise. She is known for her professional drive, incredible work ethic and high standard of work.
Tiffanie currently resides in Millsboro, Delaware with her husband and their family. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, photography and camping.

Heather Barlow, Firm Administrator
Heather hails from central Indiana but has proudly called Georgetown home for over 20 years. A graduate of Brown County High School in 1996, she spent many years in management within the hospitality industry before transitioning to the legal field. Heather has gained diverse experience supporting attorneys across various legal areas in both Indiana and Delaware, ultimately focusing on estate administration. After years of collaborating with accounting firms on trust and estate tax returns, she transitioned to the role of Firm Administrator at Araya Tax and Accounting Services, P.A.
Heather has a genuine care for people and goes above and beyond to ensure that our clients experience the best service. Committed to continuous learning and personal growth, Heather approaches both challenges and opportunities with a positive mindset. Her strong attention to detail, incredible work ethic, and strong interpersonal skills make her the perfect fit for our firm.
Heather resides in Georgetown with her husband and two sons. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, camping, and cherishing moments with family and friends.
